it's got the feeling of a small school where the instructors really try to remember your name and where by you're going to get excellent constructive feedback.  as a result of “Light" aspect of jiu jitsu, it may be practiced close to full speed and total pressure regularly without having inflicting significant accidents on its practitioners. p
